Plext is a free community based app, that allows you to anonymously send text messages to other Plext users, based on their license plate number.

You can now communicate without the need of someones phone number. Easily send a text to anyone's license plate number, just like it was a real phone number.

PLEXT USES:

Perhaps someone left their car lights on and you'd like to let them know. Maybe a car is being towed but the owner is not aware, or there is a car blocking your driveway but you have no way of getting ahold of the driver. Did it start to rain and your neighbor left the windows down in their car? Now with Plext, you can let them know!

If you can see a plate number, you can use it like a phone number and send a text message to that plate number. If the driver is a user of Plext, they will get the message. If the driver is not a Plext user, Plext stores the messages and will deliver the proper message to the proper vehicle owner once they become a user. See who has been messaging you with Plext.
